· Run the Mac installer for the version 6.0.3. Helper Application installers are included in the installer.

4 v2 z5 ?. ~& s2 k1 P' OThe Windows update installer allows you to update from Media Composer/Symphony v6.0.1 or NewsCutter v10.0.1 to v6.0.3 or v10.0.3 without uninstalling. 7 D( O$ N; n7 p5 ^

· If you are running versions 6.0.1 or 10.0.1, run the update installers for the editing and helper applications (EDL Manager, FilmScribe, Log Exchange, MediaLog)..
7 I8 H, n! }5 t· If you are running version 6.0.1.1 or 10.0.1.1, uninstall the v6.0.1.1 or v10.0.1.1 patch first: A, C1 M3 ?0 W; ^/ ^
o From the Windows Control Panel, select Programs and Features8 j. H8 f# z5 S$ _6 B
o Choose “View Installed Updates”
: @& }. J* w8 m* C9 |+ @ jo Select the v6.0.1.1 or v10.0.1.1 patch and choose “Uninstall”% t9 t1 v7 U0 V- Z& x# w0 [: I( B
o Restart your computer when prompted
: V/ {8 g2 y5 G2 M M c- P* k6 [o Install the v6.0.3 or v10.0.3 update for the editing application and Helper Applications2 Z6 m$ K4 r) v, V
· If you are running Media Composer/Symphony 6.0, NewsCutter 10.0 or earlier versions of those applications do not use the 6.0.3/10.0.3 update installer.
) I# B9 C3 u; C( p/ Eo Uninstall the editing application and helper applications from the Programs and Features Control Panel
