To upgrade from Hollywood FX v4.5.8 build 45 or v4.6.1 build 25, you must have that version installed and registered then install this version over it.

The Studio Hollywood FX is not the same as the Creative Collection HFX. Creative Collection HFX will install into Premiere v6 and/or v6.5 and Edition v4.5.
